I think that this design is better than the one before, the like sub title for the main article is up higher. This makes it easier to see the picture. Still think this picture a bit freaky...but that's just cos it me :)
Generally the fonts are good but there's too much Times New Roman which is the default font, so it looks like you couldn't be bothered to change it to something else. I would try a plainer font, something more modern looking
